Role Overview:
ESDA Project Manager, this role is responsible for managing project timelines and execution across ESDA teams, ensuring deadlines are met, standards are maintained, and organisational tools such as Notion, Google Drive, and meeting attendance are consistently used. They lead the creation, maintenance, and organisation of ESDA documentation and digital workspaces in collaboration with the ESDA Lead. This position also involves coordinating with Monash staff and external stakeholders for inductions, logistics, safety compliance, and event planning, including IGVC preparation and outreach activities. Additionally, the role contributes to recruitment processes and is best suited to individuals with strong communication, planning, and documentation skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project timelines and milestones across ESDA teams.
- Track progress and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Identify potential delays or issues and work with team leads to implement solutions.
- Promote accountability and ensure teams adhere to established processes and standards.
- Lead the creation, maintenance, and organisation of ESDA documentation.
- Manage and maintain ESDA digital workspaces, including Notion and Google Drive.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and regularly updated.
- Monitor and encourage consistent use of organisational tools and meeting attendance.
- Support planning and logistics for IGVC participation, including travel, equipment, and administrative requirements.
- Coordinate event schedules and ensure competition-related deadlines are met.
- Assist in preparing promotional and outreach activities.
